It does not include accommodation or travel (such as flights) to and from the event venue. Delegates are responsible for organising and paying for their own transport, insurance, accommodation and visas. Metal Events reserves the right to change any of its rates due to currency fluctuations. Our base rate is always in sterling and all credit card payments will be taken in sterling. FOREX will be calculated on the day. Cancellations and refunds: A full refund (subject to a 25% handling charge) will be made for all written cancellations received up until four calendar months (124 days) before the meeting. A 50% refund will be made for written cancellations received between two and four calendar months before the meeting is held. Cancellations made in the last two calendar months (62 days) will receive no refund. A substitute may be made at any time from within the registered company. Events Beyond Our Control: It may be necessary for reasons beyond the control of the organisers to alter content, timing and venue. In the unlikely event of the conference being cancelled or curtailed due to any reasons beyond the control of Metal Events Ltd and/or the MMTA, or it is necessary or advisable to relocate or change the date and/or location of the event, neither Metal Events Ltd, nor the MMTA, nor either of its employees will be held liable for refunds, damages and/or additional expenses which may be incurred by delegates. We therefore recommend delegates arrange appropriate insurance cover for themselves.
